This is our first post. I thought it was time to start recording life with three little children all within three years of one another. Right now it's bewitching hour. Actually it's dinner time and Jon is all over it. I can hear "hot dog...fish sticks...you don't want dinner?...." coming from the kitchen... Oh to please three...it just cannot be done.
It's December 9th and if you can believe it was 70 degrees today? Gorgeous. The kids were outside all day. Jack Henry had his buddy Davis over for a little while playing out back. They found a little snake. So Jon and I got the little snake in a bucket and took him where he can quietly live without interruption. Not sure if the little snake was a copper head (kinda looked it) but we took no chances and moved him across the street and down by a creek behind our neighbors. (they'll thank us later I'm sure).
While outside with Jon we learned that Hayden can throw a football nearly perfectly. Got some video of it and it was quite impressive. I really would prefer my children didn't play football, but when you've got natural talent and you're built like a line backer, well...it depends what he wants to do when he grows up. Elizabeth is very into letting us know how much she loves us, she's very affectionate and expressive. We accept!!! Jack Henry is at the amazing age of five. He's a sponge and it's been the best time homeschooling him this year. We're not sure what he's doing exactly...like kindergarten or pre-k, but whatever it is, we're getting the hang of being together, doing things and learning daily. JH has read his first words this past month. He sounded out each letter and put them together. The pride brought us both to tears. He read! He did it and it was unexpected!
Well I think I need to probably type more frequently with less content.
